This Privacy Policy describes how the Data Partnerships Portal collects, uses, and protects information submitted by companies interested in partnering with micro1 to contribute operational data for frontier AI training.

• Company name and contact email address
• Company size and primary region
• Selected operational data categories and quality indicators
• Referral source and referral activity

3. How We Use Information

We use submitted information to evaluate partnership eligibility, communicate with applicants, track referrals, and coordinate with micro1 for the official assessment process. We do not sell personal information.

4. Data Protection

Operational data shared during later stages is subject to scope agreements, anonymization, redaction of personally identifiable information, and isolated processing pipelines. Companies retain ownership of their underlying data.
